These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Printify Apparel website, the online designer, and our ordering and printing services. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
About us
Printify Apparel is operated from 5601 47A Ave., Camrose, Alberta, Canada. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Printify Apparel. References to "you" mean the person using the site or placing an order.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity that happens under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering and at checkout.
Designs, artwork, and intellectual property
Anything you upload to the designer or send for production must be yours to use. By submitting artwork you confirm and warrant that:
- You own the artwork or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to print it on apparel.
- The artwork does not infringe any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or other right of any third party.
- The artwork is not unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise prohibited.
You retain ownership of your artwork. You grant us a limited licence to reproduce, store, and print it solely to fulfill your order, provide warranty reprints, and keep your saved designs available in your account. We may refuse any order or design that we believe infringes on third-party rights or violates these terms.
The Printify Apparel name, logo, photos, copy, and the underlying site code are owned by us. You may not copy or republish them without permission.
Pricing, taxes, and payment
- Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change at any time.
- Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping or pickup location.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize the charge for the full order total including any shipping and taxes.
- If a price is listed in error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
Production and turnaround
Standard turnaround estimates are shown on individual product and quote pages and apply once we have confirmed artwork and received payment. Turnaround is an estimate, not a guarantee. Larger orders, custom requests, and busy periods may extend lead times. We will keep you informed if your order will be delayed.
Shipping and pickup
Once your order leaves our facility or is handed to a carrier, delivery timing is the carrier's responsibility. Free local pickup is available in Camrose for eligible orders. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery or pickup.
Returns and reprints
Returns, reprints, and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. Custom prints are final sale except where there is a print defect, the wrong item shipped, or shipping damage.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site to violate any law or regulation.
- Attempt to interfere with the operation of the site, including by probing, scanning, scraping at scale, or attempting to bypass security.
- Upload viruses, malware, or any code designed to damage or disrupt.
- Submit content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules.
Disclaimer
The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do our best to keep product descriptions, mockups, and prices accurate, but we cannot guarantee that everything on the site is free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Printify Apparel and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable in Alberta. Any dispute relating to these terms or your use of the site will be brought in the courts of Alberta.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
