Who we are
Printify Apparel is a custom DTF apparel printing shop based at 5601 47A Ave., Camrose, Alberta, Canada. We can be reached at [email protected] or 780-678-7529.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account details such as name, email address, password, and phone number when you register.
- Order details including shipping and billing address, items ordered, sizes, colours, and any notes you add.
- Design files and artwork you upload to the designer or send for production.
- Quote requests and contact form messages you submit through the site.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed for site analytics and fraud prevention.
- Cookies and similar storage that keep you signed in, remember your cart, and measure site performance.
Information from third parties
- If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
- Payment processing happens at Stripe. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits of the card. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
How we use your information
- To produce, ship, and deliver your orders.
- To respond to quote requests, contact form messages, and support questions.
- To send transactional emails such as account verification, order confirmations, and shipping updates.
- To prevent fraud, secure the site, and maintain our records as required by law.
- To improve the site and the products we offer.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you have opted in.
Service providers
We share information only with the providers we need to run the business:
- Stripe for payment processing.
- Google for optional sign-in.
- Email delivery providers for transactional email.
- Shipping carriers for delivery.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that store the site data.
Each of these providers is bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
Where your information is stored
Our primary servers are located in Canada. Some service providers (including Stripe and Google) may process information in the United States or other countries. Where data leaves Canada, it is subject to the laws of the country in which it is processed.
How long we keep your information
Account and order records are retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Uploaded design files are kept so you can re-order and so we can reproduce a print on warranty. You can request deletion at any time.
Your choices and rights
- You can view and update your profile, addresses, and saved designs from your account dashboard.
- You can ask us to provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to delete it, by emailing [email protected].
- You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may stop working correctly.
- If you live in Alberta or another Canadian jurisdiction, you also have rights under PIPEDA and the Alberta Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the site or sent by email when appropriate.
