THE FIT
One size fits most adults, thanks to the eight-position plastic snap that adjusts from about 6 7/8 to 7 3/4. The structured high crown holds shape whether it's brand new or a hundred washes in. Flat brim holds its shape out of the box and stays that way. Sticker on top the first day if you want to keep the factory-flat edge crisp, then peel it off once it's broken in enough to wear. If you have a bigger head, size on the top end of the range; if you have a smaller head, snap it tighter and it will sit fine.
BUILT FOR PRINT
The foam front is one of the best DTF print surfaces we stock. The transfer sinks a fraction of a millimeter into the foam and reads dense and bright, more like embroidery than a print from a step or two away. The 5-panel construction gives you a wide unbroken canvas across the front, no vertical seam splitting your logo down the middle.
