We recently brought in the Prestige R2 Pro โ one of the most capable direct-to-garment printers available for small and mid-sized print shops โ and it has completely changed what we are able to offer our customers here in Camrose and across Alberta. What Is the Prestige R2 Pro?
The Prestige R2 Pro is a professional-grade DTG (direct-to-garment) printer built for shops that take output quality seriously. DTG means the design is printed directly onto the fabric using modified inkjet technology โ no heat transfer, no vinyl, no screen setup. Just ink, fabric, and a machine that knows what it is doing.

Faster Turnaround
Most single-garment and small-batch orders can now be completed significantly faster than before. If you have got an event coming up on short notice, a team order that got left until the last minute, or you just want your shirt without waiting two weeks โ this printer makes that a lot more realistic. We are still a one-person shop and we do not cut corners on quality, but the machine is no longer the bottleneck it used to be.
Better Colour and Sharpness
The R2 Pro’s colour management system produces sharper gradients, more accurate brand colours, and richer blacks than what we were able to achieve before. If your logo has specific Pantone or hex colour requirements, we can now hit those with much greater consistency. Photography-based designs, detailed artwork, and multicolour graphics all come out looking the way they are supposed to.
More Material Options
The R2 Pro handles a wider range of fabric blends and weights. If you have previously been told that a particular garment style would not print well with DTG, it might be worth revisiting that. Cotton, cotton-poly blends, fleece โ we have more flexibility now than we have ever had.
